Shipping + Returns
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 4-7 business days. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $250. For all other orders, shipping will be calculated at check out.
Local pickup is available at our San Diego showroom for all in stock items. Please select pickup at checkout.
We accept returns on select items within 14 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be postmarked by the 14th day to be eligible for return. All made to order items and items marked final sale are not eligible for return. To process a return, please contact us at email@example.com or 619-230-5343. All items being returned must be in the original condition and original packaging.
You should inspect your purchase immediately upon receiving. To return or exchange defective or damaged merchandise, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain authorization and open a return request. No returns of any damaged or defective merchandise will be accepted without authorization.
Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsiblity of the buyer. Studio H Collection will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. We recommend that all returns be sent insured with tracking. Once we receive your item, we will process your return. Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
Please allow 14 to 16 weeks for all made to order products. Once you place your order, our concierge team will reach out to coordinate the details.
Packaging and freight are not included in the cost of the products and will be billed separately.
